Job Description | Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic channels—with daily bid, budget, and audience optimizations.
- Build, test, and scale growth loops: referral mechanics, UGC campaigns, viral hooks, and automated retention sequences using tools like Klaviyo, Braze, or Moengage.
- Partner with product and data teams to instrument event tracking and build dashboards that link marketing spend to LTV and ROAS.
