Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Basic Familiarity with IVR and chat bots
- Knowledge of creating conversational Flows.
- Prior knowledge of chat bots , CX in case of experience.
- Understanding or working knowledge of Dialog Flow CX or ES
- Knowledge or experience in GCP.
