• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large employee base with 100% accuracy
• Ensure timely salary disbursement, including validation of inputs, deductions, and approvals
• Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws
• Process Full & Final Settlements (F&F), leave encashments, and exit formalities
