Patient Account Representative II

1. Manage end-to-end patient encounters to ensure accurate billing, collection, and customer service.

2. Review and resolve complex claims and accounts receivables.

3. Perform claim follow-up, payment posting, adjustment reconciliation, and correspondence review.

4. Assist and guide other Patient Account Representatives as needed.
