- Manage end-to-end OT infrastructure operations and ensure service stability
- Provide L3 support for Palo Alto firewalls across datacenter, branch, and hybrid environments
- Troubleshoot firewall, VPN, NAT, routing, and security policy-related issues
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities
- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and OEM support teams
- Drive operational governance, compliance, and continuous service improvement initiatives
