Job Description | Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations from requirements to go-live.
- Configure payroll elements, costing rules, Fast Formulas, and payroll flows.
- Integrate Payroll with Oracle HCM, GL, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
- Ensure statutory compliance (TDS, PF, ESI, PT, Form 16).
- Conduct UAT, user training, and documentation.
- Support payroll processing and resolve production issues.
