Support newly onboarded Elder Partners (EPs) for up to 90 days during their onboarding process

Act as the single point of contact for EPs to resolve queries and provide timely assistance

Coordinate with regional and central teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational setup

Maintain records of support provided and assist in grievance handling
