- Ensure proper onboarding of every learner on the platform is seen through
- Manage all communication supposed to reach our learners is disbursed on time, as per marketing or related team's instructions
- Answer general queries on calls and emails on an ad hoc basis
- Conceptualize strategy to ensure greater customer satisfaction
- Define product roadmap for tools to enhance team efficiency
- Analyze data and come up with new initiatives
- Recruit team as required
- Set up MIS-based processes with the team to ensure timely execution of tasks as per the above strategy
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and other teams to ensure completion of tasks as per the deadline
- Execute tasks on your own (as required) provided a start-up environment
- Create SOP for desk collection/reminder/CA/CS team
- Regularly report the progress of team payment and personnel conditions to the superior
- Monitor all kinds of end-day, end-week, and end-month collection staff business report
- Give motivation to your team to achieve their target
- Maintain a good relationship between collection/reminder/CS/CA and management
- Develop the right collection wording
