Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end management of customer orders.
Accurately processing orders from receipt through to delivery.
Verify and update order information in our system, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment.
Non-Delivery Report (NDR) calls
Return to Origin (RTO) confirmations
