Job Description | Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of customer orders.
- Accurately processing orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Verify and update order information in our system, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment.
- Non-Delivery Report (NDR) calls
- Return to Origin (RTO) confirmations
