Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain and monitor one or more openText
- Troubleshoot and find resolutuons/work arounds to incidents
- Design, develop and test fixes for problem arsing on top of customizations to OT products
- Assist the project team in the development of customization
- Research and fix problems in configuration mainly at application level
