Job Description | Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties
- Replying to emails.
- Visiting vendors for operational work
- Composing quotations and offers, CRM entries.
- Preparing Production orders and office coordination.
- Customer follow up for payment or order finalization (if required)
Qualifications and Skills
- Under Graduate or graduate (BA, Bcom) with Fresher or 1-year experience.
- MS office, excel, word, PPT knowledge is a must.
- Typing speed should be a minimum of 30 Wpm.
- Internet/Email knowledge is a must.
- The employee should have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word, and should be able to file and organize documents in proper order, Typing, Documentation Skills, Verbal Communication.
- Willing to travel will be preferred.
