Job Description | Responsibilities
- Provide L2 technical support for NCR Aloha POS systems across restaurant/retail locations
- Troubleshoot POS terminals, transactions, pricing, menus, EOD processing, and reporting issues
- Support KDS, kiosks, payment devices, printers, scanners, and other POS peripherals
- Monitor system availability, resolve incidents, and coordinate with vendors and technical teams
- Support POS configuration, upgrades, rollouts, store setups, and lifecycle management
