Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- 3-5 years of sales experience for RMs and 5-8 years for Senior RM.
- Develop and implement strategy to achieve planned growth objectives for the IFA Channel.
- Acquisition of New IFAs in the system for B2B sales, which needs to be a continuous and ongoing process.
- Activate IFAs thought regular knowledge sessions to empower them to build sizable AUM.
