- Engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings (Google Meet or Zoom) to address mutual fund related queries and provide personalized guidance.
- Assist investors in understanding fund categories, risk profiles, and suitability as per their goals.
- Conduct product walkthroughs and provide 1 to 1 guidance on our mutual fund platform.
