Job Description | Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Apple and Samsung mobile devices.
- Perform firmware flashing and Android network unlocking.
- Operate laser and refurbishing equipment for device restoration.
- Manage repair parts inventory and track defective devices.
- Conduct quality inspections and issue repair certificates.
- Maintain digital inventory records using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Support warehouse operations and mobile device fulfillment activities.
