• · Expanding merchandising business by opening new counters with leading chain of cosmetics.
• · Recruiting, Training and coaching of BA supervisors and BAs. ·
• Daily monitoring of pan India sales and corrective measures to achieve the objectives by follow-up. ·
• Strengthening Distribution network for Inventory management at BA counters
