• Design and develop CMOS memories (SP/DP SRAM, RF, ROM).
• Perform circuit design, simulation, margining, and characterization.
• Verify bit cells and layouts, support silicon bring-up, validate and release memory IPs, join design/layout reviews, and collaborate with IP and layout teams.
