Job Description | Responsibilities
- Review and analyze patient medical records for accurate coding
- Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS codes based on documentation
- Follow coding guidelines, client requirements and healthcare compliance standards
- Maintain coding accuracy, confidentiality and required productivity targets
- Work with billing, QA and senior coding teams to resolve discrepancies
