MDM Engineer | Remote

MDM Solution Management: Set up, configure, and maintain MDM platforms like Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, Citrix Endpoint Management

• Device Enrollment & Policy Enforcement: Manage device enrollment for both personal and work devices, apply security policies, and ensure compliance.
• Security & Compliance: Implement encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), remote wipe, geofencing, and VPN configurations to protect data.
• OS & Patch Management: Ensure mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) have the latest OS versions and security patches.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support for MDM-related issues, device connectivity problems, and application deployment failures.
• Integration with IT Systems: Connect MDM with Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
