Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and collections to ensure timely cash flow.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
- Develop collection strategies to reduce aged receivables and bad debts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and customers to address payment issues.
- Prepare AR aging reports, collection forecasts, and performance metrics.
