Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs with AML,IRDA & PMLA guidelines
- Monitor & track compliance status across departments (HR,Finance,Risk)
- Manage statutory disclosures on the website per Companies Act,SEBI LODR
- Address & resolve customer complaints raised via RBI or internal teams
- Conduct periodic compliance testing & audits
