  • Monitor & maintaining IT Helpdesk OR Ticket Raising System timely & Permanent solution.
  • Support & troubleshooting for Windows, Linux client & server Operating Systems.
  • Routine Monitoring, Logs Check, Surveillance, cleanup, Maintenance 
  • Monitoring All Systems Logs, space and server Health Network connectivity using Application
