Job Description | Responsibilities

Overseeing local and regional sales orders.Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally until dispatching material.Preparing estimated sales volume and projections and approving expenditures if any.Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base.Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.Oversee the Sales & Tender team to ensure company’s standards are met by tracking daily Orders, Team Objectives and monitor progress on daily basis. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.Coordinating with sales agents on lead generation.Managing ongoing training for all Sales Coordinators.Makes team understand their ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
