  1. Lead and mentor a 10+ developer Magento team
  2. Define and enforce coding standards/best pratices
  3. Architect scalable Magento 1x/2x backend solutions
  4. Drive complex system integrations (ERP,CRM,Payments,Shipping)
  5. Optimize performance,security and stability
  6. Conduct code review and manage task delivery
