- Coordinate vehicle dispath,routing and timely delivery
- Track vehicle movement and manage urgent pickups
- Handle customers calls,queries and escalations
- Control vehicle costs,in-transit damage and cancellations
- Coordinate with warehouse team and plan alternatives
- Train and develop support staff for smooth operations
