Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Single point of contact for courier partners and delivery agents.
- Keep track of TATs and delivery service to ensure it is in line with vendor SLA
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product packing and paperwork etc.
- Should have strong command in excel and good data-entry skills.
- Responsible to manage all incoming and outgoing shipments data.
