Logistic Co-Ordinator | Gurugram

• Responsible for the processes in the Operations chain including safety, quality, logistics, warehousing and distribution
• Coordinate inbound and outbound international/domestic freight shipments for EFS division in India Singapore
• Track forwarder performance (transit times, other services)
• Select cost effective transportation modes for international shipping (ocean, ground, air and customs)
• Administer all documentation including Export Declaration, Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Airway Bills, Bill of Lading / Manifest, etc.
• Organizing the dispatch of goods from nVent warehouse in Mumbai/Singapore
• Communicate transportation information to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor shipments in/out of nVent warehouse, assist with inventory counts
• Transport bill provisions
• Generating MIS reports
• Storage of documents
