Job Description | Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting activities on site
- Prepare and review lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, LOLER, and BS 7121 regulations
- Inspect and certify lifting equipment and gear before use
- Lead toolbox talks and brief lifting crews on safe lifting practices
- Coordinate with project managers, rigging teams, and crane operators
- Monitor and document all lifts, maintaining records for audit purposes
