Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound rental leads via WhatsApp, calls, email, and property portals

  2. Qualify, follow up, and close bookings quickly and independently

  3. Guide tenants through the rental process from enquiry to signed tenancy

  4. Attend local viewings or check-ins when needed

  5. Maintain up-to-date records in CRM (Zoho) and Goodlord
