Exp. in unsecured lending collections (BFSI sector)

Strong exposure to Section 25, Arbitration, Police Complaints, 90+ bucket recovery

LLB mandatory

Legal recovery strategy & execution

Drafting legal notices, coordinating with police & recovery agencies

Experience with DRT/NCLT pref.

Knowledge of lending laws, compliance & collection processes
