- Coordinate daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage delivery partners, riders, routes, and hub activities.
- Track deliveries, TAT, productivity, cancellations, and customer issues.
- Resolve operational escalations and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
