Job Description | Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operations of the Lamination Department.
- Plan production and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Manage manpower, machines, materials and production schedules.
- Coordinate Printing, Extrusion, Weaving, Cutting, Maintenance and Dispatch.
- Monitor OEE, downtime, wastage, rejection and productivity.
- Ensure product quality and customer specifications.
- Drive preventive maintenance and process improvements.
- Maintain MIS and production reports.
