Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP SCM processes including SO, PO, and Invoicing
- Handle L1/L2 support tickets and user queries within defined SLAs
- Assist in issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution
- Support O2C (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and basic dashboards
