Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
- Planning and organising production schedules & assessing project and resource requirements.
- Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Develop & maintain comprehensive project plans, report progress through periodic status updates and phase gate reviews.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Manage business coordination with buyers & vendors throughout development process.
- Ensuring zero quality complaints & building and strengthening systems and processes
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
- Proven working experience as Purchasing Manager, Agent or Officer.
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense.
- Working experience of vendor management software.
- Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures.
- Solid judgement along with decision making skills.
