Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Identify operational gaps and irregularities through data monitoring

  2. Conduct RCA and implement corrective actions via penalty tracking

  3. Create and maintain daily penalty/RCA reports

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements

  5. Ensure compliance with operational policies and accuracy in documentation
