IT Hardware & Software Technician

• 1–2 years of experience in IT hardware and software support.
• Strong knowledge of computer assembly, OS installation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Linux, MS Office, and commonly used software.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
