- 7-8 yrs experience
- Drafting of agreements, power of attorney, affidavits, WP, IA, complaints, court docs etc.
- Litigation, basic knowledge of civil procedure code,
- Willing to travel to courts including revenue and law enforcement.
- Basic knowledge of software usage.
