Job Description | Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for multiple roles.
- Support onboarding and employee orientation.
- Assist with HR policies, compliance, and HR operations.
- Track hiring metrics and prepare recruitment reports.
- Enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
