Job Description | Responsibilities

Process multi-state/global payroll while managing pension deductions, contributions, and retirement plan disbursements.

Reconcile pension balances, process plan withholdings, and ensure compliance with ERISA, tax, and local laws.

Manage retirement plan enrollments, terminations, employee vesting, and year-end reporting (e.g., W-2s, 1099-R/Form 5500).

Partner with payroll vendors, pension administrators, and auditors to resolve discrepancies and streamline operations.
