Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Business Partner in daily HR functions and duties.
- Oversee and streamline the new hire onboarding process, including pre-first day actions, conducting orientations, and new hire check-ins.
- Continuously improve onboarding materials and processes based on feedback and observations.
Enrollment in a related degree program is a plus.
