Head Technical

Ø Candidate must have thorough knowledge of mechanical design, steam engineering, project layout drawing, designing drier, fan etc.

Ø Experience with rice industry will be an asset

Ø Review and assess new technologies as they apply to product automation.

Ø Drive on-going efforts aimed towards process automation and integration as well as new product development.

Ø Identify and define process optimization and improvement opportunities for all existing product

Ø Helps the teams in understanding and analysing automation opportunities

Ø Suggest new product development.

Ø Monitor and report management on the status of all technical developments.

Ø Builds successful relationships inside and outside the organization to meet overall objectives.

Ø Troubleshoot and drive resolutions with team to ensure reliable and operationally effective process flow to the installed plant.

Ø Help to drive the standardization of business process work closely with stakeholders, operations and technical teams.
