Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Managing overall HR & IR related operations of the Plant by providing timely support for the business.
- Ensuring adherence to all HR statutory compliance requirements of the Plant, both for the Company & Various Manpower Vendors.
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
- 10-15 years of experience as an HRBP.
- Good overview and conceptual understanding of HR processes & programs.
- Leadership qualities.
