Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborting with sales and account management teams to understand merchant requirements and onboard them
- Collecting and verifying all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, MAF's
- Handling Merchant Queries related to onboarding, pauout or agreements.
- Doing proper scrutiny of the company KYB/Merchant KYC, with proper due.
