10+ years as Product Owner/BA with Guidewire ClaimCenter & P&C insurance expertise

Define & prioritize backlog, gather requirements, translate into user stories with acceptance criteria

Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA & Scrum teams for ClaimCenter enhancements/integrations

Strong knowledge of claims lifecycle (FNOL, adjudication, payments, reserves, recoveries) & Guidewire configuration

Agile/Scrum experience with excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
