Job Description | Responsibilities
- Drive D2C/e-commerce revenue, profitability, and overall growth strategy
- Manage performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and affiliates
- Optimize Shopify/website conversion, customer journeys, landing pages, and A/B testing
- Lead CRM, retention, email, WhatsApp, SMS, loyalty, and remarketing initiatives
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, conversion, retention, and marketplace performance
