Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead AI self-service solutions for contact centers using Google CCAI.

  • Define requirements, design, manage projects.

  • Architecture experience, DF ES/CX, 2+ years with Google CCAI.

  • Proficient in Java, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, Python, Apigee, Vertex AI.

  • Experience with Speech-to-Text, APIs,  databases.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
