Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the FIT Online Support Team across all shifts.
- Handle and guide team members in ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and fare rule validations through Amadeus, Galileo GDS, and NDC.
- Ensure accurate processing of domestic and international travel bookings in accordance with airline policies and standard operating procedures.
