Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Design and build Genesys Cloud flows across channels
- Develop APIs and integrate 3rd-party tools
- Manage SIP trunking,Genesys Edge devices and troubleshoot SIP traces
- Implement CI/CD (Azure Devops),Terraform and CX as Code
- Enable AI,automation and omnichannel solutions
- Ensure security compliance and mentor team members
