  1. Lead Quality for multiple BPO programs 
  2. Manage voice and non-voice (email/chat) processes
  3. Drive transitions,ramp-ups and qualify framework setups
  4. Present in high-level client meetings
  5. Use Excel and PowerPoint for reporting
  6. Hold Sex Sigma/COPC/TTT certifications
  7. Ensure compliance with ISO/COPC frameworks
