1. Review and approve engineering deliverables, specifications, and drawings.
2. Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and handle claims, disputes, and arbitration as required
3. Liaise with local authorities and integrate safety in all engineering processes
4. Act as primary liaison between Owner, Licensors, and EPCM contractors.
